WHAT IS IQD?
IQD is a form of energy work that combines traditional Family Constellations with intuitive and spiritual abilities.
The pictures we carry inside affect how we feel about ourselves and how we perceive other people and the world around us. That perception affects the choices we make and the patterns we create.
IQD teaches you how to uncover these hidden patterns and work with them on an energetic level — creating change at the source rather than simply trying to change the behavior.

You watch the work. You experience it yourself. You practice. You receive feedback. You practice again.
Throughout the Academy, you’ll have extensive opportunities to facilitate, receive direct supervision and feedback from Carolin, and learn alongside practitioners at different stages of their development.
You’ll also receive IQD sessions yourself — from Carolin and from experienced IQD practitioners — so your own transformation becomes part of your training.

IQD Academy is intentionally different from large-group trainings.
A small number of new practitioners are accepted on a rolling basis so you can receive the individual attention it takes to become truly skilled at this work.
Carolin watches you facilitate. She sees where you’re getting stuck, gives you direct feedback, and helps you develop your own way of working with the field and your intuitive abilities.
You won’t disappear into a large class. You’ll be known, supported, and challenged to become an excellent practitioner.
This is closer to an apprenticeship than a traditional online course.

You’ll learn alongside practitioners at different stages, have people to practice with and receive sessions from, and become part of a community that continues beyond your initial training.
We don’t believe mastery happens in a weekend — or that learning stops when you receive a certificate.
Our vision is to support IQD practitioners long after graduation, with continued opportunities to practice, learn, connect and deepen their mastery.

MEET CAROLIN HAUSER
I’ve spent nearly three decades exploring what creates real change — and learning how to help other people become powerful facilitators in their own right.
My work with Family Constellations began in Germany in 1997. In those early years, there weren’t many formal trainings available to me. I learned by immersing myself in the work: attending workshops, representing in constellations, doing my own work, practicing with others, watching experienced facilitators and facilitating again and again.
Over the years, my work developed into what I now call Intuitive Quantum Disentanglement — IQD.
I’ve facilitated this work professionally for many years, built successful practices around transformational work, and spent years mentoring and apprenticing other practitioners.
One of the things I love most is helping someone find their own voice as a facilitator.
I don’t want you to become a copy of me. I want to help you become exceptionally good at your way of doing this work — learning to trust how you perceive, work confidently with what arises, and create meaningful change for the people you serve.
